Safer Neighbourhood Policing is set to change radically. Deputy Mayor for Policing Stephen Greenhalgh has taken his revolutionary approach from Hammersmith & Fulham and unveiled the new slimmed-down and partially automated police structure to open-mouthed Assembly Members this morning.
